Welcome to the new APPLE-NC web page!

Thanks for stopping by! After at least a few years of planning, we have finally made the leap to a new web platform.

So how will this change your life, you may ask?

We could wow you with a long list of new features. (Ok, we will... but you have to Click Here to see it...) And, we plan to add more new features as time goes by. But, what is the point of all this techno-babble?

The point is this: to allow easier, quicker, less painful, and more effective delivery of news and events information - for everyone involved.

As the reader, you can expect fewer gaps in coverage of events and relevant news items. Events listings in our announcements emails, for example, will soon be generated automatically to ensure we don't forget to tell you about local events that are right up APPLE's Alley! For our web team, the new web platform makes it much easier to create and deliver that information for you. (And since we're an all-volunteer team, that is doubly important!)

So that's our plan. How are we doing? This is your chance to hold our feet to the fire! Maybe you're interested in joining the web team to help produce the content, or even write your own blog on the APPLE page (or show one that you already write elsewhere)? Let us know!
